By using this Website, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with URBAN WELLNESS Pte Ltd (hereon referred to as “URBAN WELLNESS”). The Website is hosted in Singapore and operates as an e-commerce website selling products from URBAN WELLNESS and its affiliated brands (the “Products”). For the purposes of this Terms of Use, “you” shall mean any user of the Website, whether you purchase the Products or not. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to update or revise these Terms of Use. The continued use of the Website following the posting of any changes to the Terms of Use constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Terms of Sale
By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. In order to contract with URBAN WELLNESS, you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. If your order is accepted, we will send you a confirmation email. When placing an order, you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, and that you are an authorized user of the bank account and/or the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the Product(s). By confirming your purchase at the end of the checkout process, you agree to accept and pay for the Product(s). Where applicable, prices are inclusive of GST.
The Website may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.
We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason, including, but not limited to, the following situations:
Error in Shipping Information
You are responsible for providing sufficient and accurate shipping address (including street address, block and unit number, or postal code). URBAN WELLNESS will not be responsible for undelivered goods as a result of error in the information you provided.
Product Unavailability
If the Product becomes unavailable, or if there is an error on our Website relating to the order (for example, an error relating to the details, descriptions and prices of Products), URBAN WELLNESS may cancel the order. If this occurs, we will inform you as soon as possible.
Reshipping of Merchandise
The merchandise sold on our Website is intended for personal use only, not for resale. Any suspected resale of our merchandise for personal or business profit is strictly prohibited.
Replacement, Return, and Refund
At Urban Wellness, we are dedicated to upholding the highest quality standards throughout the entire product production cycle to provide our valued customers with exceptional organic supplies and products.
Our replacement, return, and refund policies are designed with our customers at the forefront, and we continuously strive to offer the best-in-class service.
Please note that the following exchange, return, and refund policies are exclusively applicable to online purchases made through our official website www.urbanwellness.sg and do not extend to products acquired from offline stores or third-party platforms.

Replacement
Product replacements may be considered under the following circumstances:
In-transit damage to the product, provided such instances are reported within 24 hours of product delivery.
- Delivery of a product with a remaining shelf life of less than 50% of its total life, if reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- In cases of quality-related concerns, subject to verification by our internal quality control team after a comprehensive understanding of the raised concern and product evaluation.
Please note that the product in question must be returned for a replacement to be processed; replacements cannot be initiated without the return of the product.
Scenarios where Replacement of the products is not allowed
- No replacements are permitted for expired products.
- Used products are strictly ineligible for replacement.
Return
All products are delivered on a NON-RETURNABLE BASIS. Returns are only accepted in cases of incorrect or damaged product deliveries.
Refund
Refunds for delivered products are allowed in the event of quality issues or order cancellations by the Company. Refunds can be issued in the form of E-Vouchers, Gift Cards, or transferred directly into the customer’s bank account.
Refunds via E-Voucher can be redeemed on your next purchase at Organic Wellness within the specified validity date.
Refunds to bank accounts will be processed within 7-8 business days, subject to clearance in quality checks. Please be aware that refunds cannot be processed to third-party bank accounts, and the name of the customer initiating the refund must match the name of the bank account holder.
Please note that cash refunds are not available for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
Refunds will be initiated only after we have physically received the returned shipment. Therefore, refunds will not be applicable in the event that a customer has self-shipped the item(s) and the package is lost in transit.

We welcome product reviews and feedback on your online shopping experience. We will publish on our Website both positive and negative comments, so long as the comments, reviews or testimonials (collectively, Reviews) are accurate, and constructive. If you submit Reviews that we do not publish on our Website, our Customer Service team may contact you in order to improve our product quality and service. We also reserve the right to edit Reviews for length, spelling, grammar, or for any other reason in our sole discretion so long as the meaning of the Reviews is not materially altered.
